Do you really still have to do all those time-consuming backups and fix registry software maintenance jobs? The answer to that question is a definite yes. While there has been a lot of press about installing virus software and most new PCs come with some pretty good stuff pre-loaded, they are still not a replacement for a real time system that essentially works like a firewall to protect your system and your data. We have scanned our system daily for over a year now, and have sustained no interruptions, slow-downs or crashes. Furthermore we combined this with daily file backups to produce a very well supported system. Be sure to run your Registry Software on a regular basis.
